I call on Mary to stand to my right and Jesus to stand to my left to support and guide me.

I call on Archangel Rafael/Hawk or Eagle to stand to my East to guide and support me with the element of Air.
I call on Archangel Michael/Red Dragon or Phoenix to stand to my South to guide and support me with the element of Fire.
I call on Archangel Gabriel/Great White Whale to stand to my West to guide and support me with the element of Water.
I call on Archangel Uriel/Great Stag Buck to stand to my North to guide and support me with the element of Earth.
(I envision these four points connected in a horizontal diamond with each archangel or animal at each corner with each of the elements supporting me.)
I call on Archangel Metatron (or simply call on the White Light from God/Source/Counciousness) to guide and support me from above, pouring the white light from Heaven/Source/the Universe down through the crown of my head and through my body to my heart.
(I like to envision the white light filling my body and opening each of my chakras from my crown chakra, then my third eye chakra, then my throat chakra, and finally my heart chakra.)
I call on Archangel Sandalphon (or simply call on the Golden Light from Earth’s core) to guide and support me from below, sending a bright golden light from the Earth’s core through the soles of my feet, up through my body to join the white light, opening my heart.
